Albacore tuna, green beans, English boiled potato slices, hardboiled egg, Niçoise olives, tomatoes, anchovies, with romaine lettuce, green onions and our Maison dressing.

Le Crocque Monsieur
Virginia ham, swiss cheese and Dijion mustard on thick french sandwich bread. Grilled, then oven baked with our own Bechamel sauce. Just add a fried egg for a “Madame”. Served with Grapes.

Our French dip with sliced roast beef on French baguette served with our “au jus” for dipping , Dijon mustard and grapes. Our Bistro Dip upgrade with our own bistro sauce, paprika onions and melted swiss cheese and is also served grapes.

Seared then roasted salmon fillet with cracked black pepper topped with our lemon-butter sauce served with quinoa pilaf on top of a tomato slice.

5 large shrimp sautéed with shallots, garlic, green onions and tomatoes deglazed with Pernod anis liquor and finished in a white wine infused sweet cream butter sauce then tossed with linguini pasta. Lemon crown.

A full pound of petit clams or mussels either sautéed with onions, garlic, shallots in a butter-Chardonnay broth or simmered in a basil garlic tomato sauce with Pernod liquor and spicy harissa. Both served over Linguini.

A full pound of baby clams sautéed in butter-chardonnay broth with sweet onions, scallions, shallots, garlic and parsley, served over linguini. Maroccain sauce available on request.

A full pound of Chilian mussels, flamed with Pernod then sautéed in our tomato-basil sauce with white wine, Harissa spice, scallions, shallots and garlic served over linguini or quinoa Pilaf. Mariniere sauce available on request.
