Our classic veal cutlet floured, egg washed and breaded with seasoned bread crumbs. Deglazed with fresh lemon juice garnished with capers and anchovies, braised red cabbage with apples.
Spring mix on top of julienned beet, carrots and celery roots,
walnut oil vinaigrette.
